Advisory

I advise corporations, foundations, universities, startups, investors, and public sector organizations on strategy, innovation, organizational learning, and stakeholder engagement.

My work focuses on helping organizations translate ideas into action, evidence into decision-making, and strategy into measurable impact. Drawing on experience across academia, industry, government, and the nonprofit sector, I help leaders navigate complex challenges involving innovation, growth, communications, policy, and organizational change.

As a Principal Lecturer of Executive Education at the MIT Sloan School of Management, I design and lead executive education programs for senior leaders around the world. My academic research examines how organizations mobilize talent, capital, and partnerships to innovate and grow under conditions of uncertainty. Prior to academia, I was an early executive and founding Vice President of Public Affairs at Grab, where I helped launch and scale operations across Southeast Asia and led public affairs, government relations, policy, research, and stakeholder engagement initiatives across the region.

My advisory work spans organizational strategy, learning systems, communications, ecosystem development, and innovation initiatives. I work collaboratively with leadership teams to build capabilities, strengthen alignment, and create pathways from insight to execution.
